This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which EMFORX Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), through its platform Sabka (available via the website www.sabkaworld.com, SabkaProHiring.com and the Sabka mobile application), collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information of users (“User”, “you”) who access or use the Sabka platform and services. These are clearly marked and handled outside the iOS app environment.

Your personal data may be processed and stored in data centers located in India or other countries, including jurisdictions that may not have equivalent data protection laws; in compliance with Apple’s Data Transfer requirements and applicable laws. We implement reasonable legal and contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure protection of your data in line with applicable Indian and international laws. In this we retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out Policy, or as required by applicable law. Users can delete their account and personal data directly through the in-app ‘Delete My Account’ feature or by emailing us at mail@sabkaworld.com with their registered details (name, registered mobile number, and either your Candidate ID or Employer ID). Users may also contact our support team at sabbkasupport@emforx.com if they encounter any issues with the in-app account deletion feature. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be permanently erased from our active systems, except where retention is legally required (e.g., for compliance or dispute resolution).

The Sabka platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We adopt reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. However, no platform or transmission over the internet is entirely secure. You use the platform at your own risk.
